Monthly Swim Workouts
Seattle, WA
January through December
Two-hour workouts (times vary)
Join us once a month for a swim clinic and workout. November through April we’ll be at a local pool in the Greater Seattle area. May through October we’ll be in open water.

In the pool, beginner swimmers/triathletes have the opportunity to focus on both technique and strength training with coaches available to give you tips on stroke efficiency. It’s also a great opportunity for seasoned swimmers/triathletes to log significant yards.
In open-water, attendees can choose a distance based on their training needs and fitness levels (.5 mile to 2.0 miles). Coaches are also available to work with participants on open-water swimming skills.
