Training for a specific event can itself be a source of motivation. Here at Coach Lesley we always have clients training for a variety of events, so take a look below and see if there is an event that you might like to try. This is only a partial calendar, so if your specific goal isn’t listed, talk to us about it. We may be able to get others to join you, as having groups train together for a particular event adds a new dimension of motivation, support and fun!
